Despensa N6

We do not use wheat or raw materials with cross-contamination with gluten, so all our products are suitable for people with celiac disease. Our pastry shop is certified by the APC (Portuguese Association of Celiacs). We use the following flours:

Coconut Flour
Almond Flour
Oat Flour
Rice Flour
Tapioca Flour

Yes, all the products are prepared on Despensa n.6: pastry, bread, granola, coconut and almond vegetable drinks, nut pastes, etc. We only buy raw materials to produce our products.

We use honey, dates, coconut sugar, maple syrup and fruit.
